PICC, Manila Philippines -- Miss Cory Quirino, country director of the Miss World Philippines 2011 has appointed Ysmael Moyer Valenzuela & Associates, Inc (YMVI), public relations agency for the Miss World Philippines 2011. Signing the memorandum of agreement are Cory Quirino and Rosary Ysmael, managing partner of YMVI. YMVI is tasked to manage all external media communication requirements for this year’s pageant.
